7/30/2007 - Nsight Technologies named Quest Software Southeast Partner of the Year.

Tampa, Florida –June 15, 2007. Nsight Technologies, LLC. is pleased to announce it has been selected by Quest Software, Inc. as its
Southeast Elite Partner of the Year, which was announced by Quest on June 2nd at the Quest Software Partner Road Show 2007 in Atlanta,
Georgia.

4/11/2005 - Nsight Technologies acquires TelNetworks, Inc.

TAMPA, FLORIDA - October 1, 2003. Nsight Technologies today announced its merger with TelNetworks of Tampa, and establishment of its
office here to serve the information technology industry. Nsight is a regional firm providing high-level internet and computer security services to
small and medium size businesses, as well as to the government, banking and healthcare industries.

President and CEO Dale Hubbard said “Nsight is entering the Tampa area as part of our plan to provide high quality, leading edge computer
network security and remote managed services to the Tampa area business community”.

Hubbard stated, “We are fortunate to be associated with the capable and experienced people of TelNetworks to bring these special capabilities
to this vital and growing market.” The new Nsight office, which will operate from the former headquarters of TelNetworks, will expand as
